Full Description

An old Corn Mill with the course of leat and a depression indicating the position of the mill pond. In 1983 the site was almost indiscenable. The site is located at approximately 100 yards from the footpath. (1) The complex consists of an approach road to the mill, an head race, culvert feeder, dressed gritstone dam and a tail race. The outline of the mill building, as well as an actual millstone, is also within the vicinity. (3) Photographic record. (4-5)
