Full Description

Pegge noted two excavations amongst barrows on Leam Moor, one produced bones, ashes and urns, the second by J. Oxley of Leam Hall produced and rings (1) He gave no details of locations, likely candidates are sites 5442, 5444, 5449, 5472 or those in cairnfields 5469, 5470 or 5473 (3)
