Full Description

Pennington noted that he dug 8 barrows on Offerton Moor, finding 1-2 arrowheads, flint flakes, pot sherds and decayed bones. (1) He did not specify the location of these barrows. Candidates are SMR site numbers 11108-11111, or those in cairnfield 11106. (2)
