Full Description

An Early Bronze Age macehead in the Turner Collection in Bradford Museum was found in October 1916 at Holme Moss. (1) The Museum was unable to offer any further siting information, but as Turner operated in a limited area only, the location of Holme Moss is probably at SE 0804. (2) Artefact is apparently held in Bradford Museum (unknown date). (4)
