Full Description
Earthwork ridge and furrow of probable medieval date, centred at SK 2700 1691, was identified and mapped from good quality aerial photographs. It is visible either side of the dismantled railway line as an interrupted random, mixed-shape ridge and furrow system, with 'blocks' of an average 170m by 100m. (1)
