Monument record MDR7066 - Earthworks, south of Burton Road, Castle Gresley

Possible earthwork extractive pit of post medieval date seen as one very large (>50m) oblong negative feature. Mapped using good quality aerial photographs. Centred at SK 2810 1791. Some indication of disturbance at base of slope, but not obviously the same as that plotted from aerial photographs.
