Full Description

Possible earthwork extractive pit of post medieval date seen as one very large (>50m) oblong negative feature. Mapped using good quality aerial photographs. Centred at SK 2810 1791. Some indication of disturbance at base of slope, but not obviously the same as that plotted from aerial photographs. (1) Possible earthwork building platform of post-medieval date seen as one large (15-50m) rectangular positive feature. Mapped using good quality aerial photographs. Centred at SK 2806 1792. (2)
