Full Description

Probable earthwork ridge and furrow of medieval date with a maximum length of 160m. Mapped using good quality aerial photographs. Centred at SK 24981206 (Morph No. FR.69.1.1) (1) Three areas of ridge and furrow are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1971, lying to the west and south of Bald Hill's Farm, Lullington. (2) Examination of more recent photographs suggest that only one of these areas still survived in c. 2000, namely that lying immediately south of the farm, the other areas having been lost to ploughing.
