Full Description

Barrow 1 of the Swarkestone group. (1) Aerial photographs appear to indicate two ditches encircling the barrow. (2) Earthwork barrow of Bronze Age seen as one large (15-50m) round positive feature. Centred at SK 3651 2950. (5)
