Full Description

Barrow 3 of the Swarkestone group. SK 36872954 (No 3) Ploughed barrow, possibly a bell, 75ft diameter and 2-3ft high with two surrounding ditches. Cropmark and earthwork barrow of Bronze Age date seen as a subcircular enclosure, diameter 26m, defined by 1 ditch. It has an internal circular enclosure 5m in diameter. Centred at SK 3687 2954. (4)
