Full Description

Remains of a possible Roman road discovered along with Rustic Ware (70-85AD) and two sherds of Samian (70-85AD). Ditch was also found with V-shaped profile. This had been filled in and an oven built on top which contained a quantity of pottery. Site appears to have been abandoned c.100-110 AD. (1)
