Full Description

'Osier bed' is shown on the 1st edition 1" OS map of 1836. (1) Osiers/reeds symbol is depicted on late 19th-early 20th century OS maps. (2-3) By 1976, the area is depicted as scrub woodland with a drainage channel on OS maps. (4)
