Full Description

There is an engine house situated here on historic OS mapping dating to the late 19th-early 20th century. It appears to be associated with adjacent sand pits/clay mines. (1-3) The engine house is not depicted on the OS map of 1977. The site lies in an enclosed field. (4) In 1994, there were no remains to be seen. (5)
