Full Description
A ropewalk is shown at SK 3171 1881 on the 1st ed. 6" Ordnance Survey map of 1887, with a building at its north-eastern end. (1)
Later maps depict the building, but do not name the ropewalk. (2-5)
The building at the quoted grid reference is a house. (6)
