Full Description

Open ground (1-2). (SK 3192 1846) clay Mine (named on map), connected to short length of tramway (not named) adjoining raised causeway (3-4). Open ground (5). Stonework tramway of Post Medieval date seen as a single linear feature defined by 1 stone foundation, with a maximum length of 70m. Mapped using good quality AP's. Centred at: SK 3191 1845 (Morph No. FR.134.20.1) (6) Waste ground comprising hollows and spoil heaps. Adjacent unpaved road and continuation NW as a narrow lane may relate to tramway/raised causeway (7)
