Full Description

An area of earthwork ridge and furrow was identified from aerial photographs taken in 1948. (1) An irregular linear anomaly was identified at approximately SK 2297 3246 during geophysical survey in 1999. It was suggested that this might represent a pipe or backfilled ditch. No earthworks were visible in the field at that time. (2, 3) Medieval ridge and furrow earthworks identified from aerial photographs taken from 1945 to 1999. (4)
