Full Description

Earthworks and cropmarks around a small farm were identified on an aerial photoraph of 1971/2. A visit to the site on April 27th 1978 identified slight irregular dog-legged earthen banks under grass. The earthworks may represent features related to a small farmstead set into the hillside, with an associated pond or dam. Possibly post-medieval. (1, 2)
