Full Description
Section of ancient trackway. Road sections still in use. Pathway across fields (1).
That part of the ancient trackway that passes through the parish of Nether Haddon. The track throughout its length is part green lane, minor road or footpath and part out of use but visible on the ground. The origins of the track are thought to be prehistoric and it was certainly in use during the Saxon/Medieval period. (2-3)
There is some disagreement as to the general route through this area. (4)
