Full Description

Plinth on the village green at Monyash appeared at a time of refurbishment to be, at least partly, made up of elements of the stone village stocks. One rectangular stone had a large linear groove on the flat face, which appeared to be for the cross timbers of the stocks. (1). Photographic record. (2,3).
