Full Description

Field walking by Mr D Wettens since 1986 has produced a wide scatter of flint and some pottery in a field (area 37 acres) south-west of Clifton. The site appears to be on a prominent scarp to the north overlooking the Dove. Flints include microliths, leaf shaped arrowheads, cores, and scrapers. (1)
