Full Description

Extensive ridge and furrow in the field centred on the grid reference SK 1953 5245, although the southern area of the field is now ploughed up and cultivated. The open field system and earthworks may be linked to the extension of Lea Hall. The earthworks in the northern area of the field are possibly a Romano-British or Medieval settlement. (1-3)
