Full Description

Drystone boundary wall, approximately 1½ metres high, built from irregular limestone blocks. It is located between SK 18084 59818 and SK 17162 60754. The wall begins after Newhaven Crossing, where it takes a 90 degree turn and changes from a field boundary to running alongside the track. The wall turns a 90 degree angle at the beginning of Friden Goods Yard to form a boundary wall of the yard and then ends as it turns down toward the road, away from the track. (1-8).
