Full Description

Slight contour ploughing lynchets opposite the ford over the River Dove. The features are possible medieval in date. (1) Romano-British greyware rim sherd, possibly from a dish, coarse sandy texture. Has been suggested to be the site of settlement at Wolfscote Dale. (2)
