Full Description

Long embankment with sloping sides. Probably constructed as a mound of gritstone blocks. The embankment is approximately 35m wide and 10m high. It acted as a dam for the Bunsal Top Reservoir to the east, which was constructed to supply water for the stationary engines. (1). NGR: SK 02444 75006 - SK 02330 75132
