Full Description
Long continuous cutting, seen as a shelf cut into the valley hillside. The cutting is on the east side of the Cromford & High Peak Railway track and slopes down to the reservoir on the west side. The reservoir, a later construction, has destroyed any evidence of the west side of the railway.
