Full Description
The original trackbed of the Cromford & High Peak Railway, which ran along the northeast side of the L&NW Railway to the old road, via Caldene Terrace. The northeast face of the bridge is completely buried as is the original trackbed. The owner of the site stated that during construction works, wooden sleepers, a cobbled surface and rails were found in situ. NGR: SK 01162 80994 - SK 01240 81186. (1)
