Full Description

The following implements found near Biggin are in the Bateman Collection: a greenish basalt celt, partially bored for a handle, found in June 1853, a flint dagger found in 1852, a flint arrowhead found at an unknown date and a flint implement found in 1846. These artefacts are probably Neolithic/Bronze Age in date. (1,2).
