Full Description

The main Cromford & High Peak Railway track continues on an embankment over a bridge (SMR 28311). There is a clear track down the old siding to a blacksmiths and other buildings. This is the beginning of the siding to Middlepeak Goods Yard and Middlepeak Quarry, (both owned by Hopton Wood Stone Co.).
