Full Description
Drystone boundary wall, constructed of irregular limestone blocks, although some gritstone. The wall stands approximately 1.2 metres high at the start. The section of the wall at the start has a crenalated top and has possibly been rebuilt. In the vicinity of embankments (SMR 30644 and 30647), the wall becomes a massive retaining wall forming the embankment itself. (1-7).
