Full Description

The Peak Forest Tramway runs between a new housing estate to the south and a new company building (Bowden Park) to the north. The track bed has been disturbed on the northern side and a mound of soil has been built up on the side. There is one definite and several possible sleeper blocks, none of which are in situ. The definite sleeper block has three holes drilled in it and a recess where the saddle once sat. (1).
