Full Description

A Mesolithic chert microlith was found, possibly in 1848, or in or before 1963, at Benty Grange, near Arbor Low. (1,2) It is unclear if this microlith was found during the excavation of Benty Grange barrow in 1848 or whether it was recovered at a later date. (3)
