Full Description

A steam powered corn mill built circa 1840, Brookside Road, Breadsall. The mill was a two-storey brick-built building with an upper floor of rush and plaster. Iron rims were in position where the lower mill stones had previously been set. The site was converted at a later date and was superseded by the windmill at Hill Top. (1) A two-storey brick-built, 19th century steam powered corn mill. Now demolished. (3)
