Full Description

SK 31603 44027. A series of tiered fishponds (possibly four), identified in the field to the south-west of Windleyhill Farm. Each pond would originally have emptied into the one below, although only the highest pond (the westernmost) now contains water. A spring is depicted on modern maps in the centre of the field, sinking in the south-east corner of the same field. (1)
