Full Description

A mill pond and sluice providing water for the watermill at Slinter Wood [SMR 9636], which is believed to date from c. 1760. The mill pond is shown on late 19th century and early 20th century Ordnance Survey maps; however, modern maps indicate that the pond has silted up completely. (1-3)
