Full Description

A large metal weighing platform at Cromford Wharf, that measures 2m by 8m and is connected to a weight registering mechanism inside the Northern Warehouse. Built or installed in 1920 'for use of the Cromford Colour Company Ltd' whose works were then established in the Arkwright Mill Complex. (1)
