Full Description

There is a mile stone situated here on the 1st edition 25" OS map of c. 1880. (1) A millstone grit mile stone inscribed 'Langley 11 miles' on the northwest face and 'Cromford 3 1/2 miles' on the southeast face. (2) A 'Stone' is labelled here on modern OS mapping [2012]. (3)
