Abstract/Summary

Report on an historic building survey carried out in 2023 prior to the proposed demolition of the building, to be replaced by a proposed large residential development. The survey was described as 'somewhere between a Level 2 or 3'. The baths were built in 1931 and was vacant at the time of survey.
