'SK 47 NE PARISH OF CLOWNE HIGH STREET 1/113 26.8.65 Clowne Cross II*
Market cross. Probably C14 and late C17. Sandstone. Polygonal three steps up to a square base with broached and chamfered corners. Surmounted by a circular column with elementary base and capital. Square cube above, as a sundial, and ball finial.
