Circa 1910. Classical style. Ashlar; three storeys and attic; five sash windows (no glazing bars) in moulded architraves with pediments, that at centre segmental, and all with panels below; sill bands. Third storey windows have dog-eared architraves and bracketed sills; modillion cornice at first floor; ground storey rusticated and with four semi-circular headed windows; doorway on left-hand side in carved surround with entablature having swagged cartouche and cornice; dentilled modillion eaves cornice surmounted by open balustrade; slate roof with iron brattishing at apex.
