Description
'DERBY ROAD 1. 5167 (East Side) Walls and railings along Derby Road and Gibfield Lane boundaries. Steps, piers and arch at Derby Road entrances to Herbert Strutt School SK 3447 3/131 SK 3446 4/131 II GV 2. 1908. Coped stone boundary wall. Art Nouveau railings to eastern part of wall on Gibfield Lane. Pyramidal capped stone piers, each with blank Gothic arched niche, flank steps at north and south entrances from Derby Road. Arched stone centre gateway with hatchment in gable above moulded Tudor arch. Flanking Gothic arched niches. Steps.
