'PARISH OF DENBY DERBY ROAD SK 34 NE 1/7 (North Side) Milepost 20 metres west of Denby Pottery Works II
Milepost. c1840. Cast iron. Triangular sectioned base with east side inscribed 'DERBY/8, BURTON/19' and west side inscribed 'ALFn/5 1/2 CHESTd/16'. Above a triangular sloping top, with a triangular topped headpiece over inscribed '134/LONDON'.
