Description

'SK 35 SW PARISH OF CRICH MAIN ROAD 3/29 13-2-67 The Derwent Hotel GV II Public House. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone with plain gables, intermediate and gable brick stacks, welsh slated and tiled roofs. Irregular plan: two linked ranges, one set back. South elevation, west range, two storeys, three bays, with canted west gable and doorway to east end with quoined surround and shallow bracketed hood. Six-panel door with upper two panels glazed. Stacked glazing bar sashes with plain heads and cills. East range, two storeys, three bays, with stacked glazing bar sashes, with plain heads and cills to openings. Central doorway with massive jambs and lintel. Six-panel door. Listing NGR: SK3317654375.'
