Description

'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 24 August 2022 to correct a typo in the description and to reformat the text to current standards SK 23 81 6/39 PARISH OF HATHERSAGE MAIN ROAD (South Side) Lamp column to the north east of Hathersage Farmhouse GV II Cast iron ornamental lamp column. 1914. Circular stone base with squared platform to support the ornamental column with wide fluted base, slender shaft and triple lamps to head, one now missing, supported by ornamental scroll brackets. Plaque to base records the erection of the column in memory of Colonel A J Shuttleworth, JP, of Hathersage Hall. Listed for group value only. Listing NGR: SK2299181504.'
