Farmhouse. Late C18 and early C19. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof, hipped at one end and rendered gable end stack. Two storeys with an extra half storey to the north. South elevation, three bays, symmetrical. Central doorway with stone surround and dripmould. C20 six- panelled door with semi-circular fanlight above, flanked on either side by glazing bar sashes with raised stone surrounds. Three similar windows above. North elevation with a blocked four tier stair window with a half light at top and bottom. To the right a glazing bar sash and a 2-light recessed chamfer mullion window to the ground floor; a C20 window opening and a 2-light square section flush mullion window to the first floor and a small 2-light recessed chamfer mullion window to the attic.
