'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 15 September 2022 to amend the name and address, and reformat the text to current standards SK 3059 5/155 MATLOCK KNOWLESTON PLACE No 3 GV II Dated 1621. Coursed stone rubble; two storeys; plain gable to front; one later sash window and plain doorway to ground storey, both in plain stone surrounds; stone plaque with initials "W G W' and above date. Nos 3 to 15 (odd) form a group. Listing NGR: SK3011059869.'
