'SK 25 SW PARISH OF KNIVETON CHAPEL LANE 2/66 (North Side) Former Wesleyan Chapel II
Chapel. 1832. Brick with tiled roof. Rectangular plan. Central doorway with double plank doors. Flanked on each side by large windows with gothick metal glazing bars. Painted surrounds. Walls raised at angles of west facade to form parapet. Rendered pedimented gable.
