BAKEWELL SK2168 LITTLE HILL 831-1/4/122 (North side) 20/05/74 The Nook and Rose Cottage (Formerly Listed as: LITTLE HILL (North side) Rose Cottage and Cottage Adjoining Rose Cottage on West) GV II 2 houses. Late C17-early C18. Limestone rubble with gritstone dressings; Welsh slate and stone slate roofs. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-window range. The Nook (on left): boarded door with glazed panels beneath gritstone lintel; double-chamfered mullioned window to each floor on left; rectangular leaded lights. Rose Cottage is similar but opposite handed; brick end stack on right. Further bay angled forward on right and under lower roof has doorway beneath double-chamfered single-light window. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: SK2168368451
