PARISH OF REPTON MAIN STREET, MILTON SK 32 NW 3/74 (East Side) Dovecot at Brook Farm
GV II
Dovecot. Mid-C18. Red brick, plain tile roof with square wooden cupola with weather vane. Dentil eaves cornice. Two storeys. The south elevation has a segment headed doorway with plank door, and to the right a cart entrance with double doors and timber lintel. One 3-light segment headed window above. The west elevation has a round-arched window high up, cut by a brick band across the gable at eaves level. To the north a segment headed window to each floor, irregularly placed. Included for group value only.
