Description
'PARISH OF SMISBY DERBY ROAD SK 32 SW 3/69 (West Side) Daniel Hay Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Early C18 and mid C19. Red brick with plain tile roof and brick ridge stack. Chamfered blue brick plinth, plain first and second floor bands and dentil eaves cornice. Two storeys and attics. T-plan. Two bay south elevation. Segment headed doorway with plank door. To the right a 3-light segment headed casement window, and to the right again a C19 canted bay window of 1-2-1 lights. Two 3-light segment headed windows above.
