Listed Building: Ash Farmhouse (1096535)

'SK 32 NE 4/48 PARISH OF INGLEBY MAIN STREET (North Side) Ash Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C18 and early C19. Red brick with plain tile roofs and brick gable stacks. Dentil eaves cornice. Two storeys. L-plan with two almost detached ranges linked by a lower one-bay link. West elevation of two bays. Off-centre doorway with raised and fielded panelled door and C20 porch. To the right is a glazing bar sash under a wedge brick lintel. To the left a 3-light casement under a wedge brick lintel. Two similar windows above. To the left again is a single storey wing with segment headed doorway and 2-light casement. Three-bay south elevation to the left and gabled return wall of the west range, with a glazing bar sash to the ground floor and a 2-light casement to the attic. Link to the right has a doorway with half glazed door to the ground floor and a 2-light casement above. East range projects to the right and has a tripartite glazing bar sash to each floor, under a segmental brick arch. Listing NGR: SK3518526888.'
