Cottage. C17 with C18 and late C19 alterations. Pebbledashedstone rubble and red brick with red clay tile roof plus brick ridge stack and dentilled eaves. Single storey plus attic and two bays, lobby entrance plan. Central doorcase with large chamfered stone lintel and plank door has a 3-light segment headed casement window to west and a similar 2-light window to east plus a small inserted C20 window beyond. Above two 2-light horizontal sliding sashes in late C19 gabled roof dormers with a small roof light between. Interior has winder staircase and chamfered ceiling beams. Included for group value only.
